Just a few of our services that we offer at Crescent City Health Care Center are our renowned Alzheimer’s unit named THE RICHERSON PROGRAM_SM, our post-acute unit which caters to those residents needing IV therapy, extensive wound care management and other rehabilitation services, and our special Lagniappe Plan_SM that offers an array of amenities to our residents.
